Christmas Card Pictures 2015

WOW!
It's been forever since I've blogged and I honestly have no idea where I should start.  I had great intentions to start back up after we built and moved into the house and I graduated grad school, but I"m still struggling with time management for blogging.  B&B are now 7 years old and half way through first grade.  Between work/school, CCE, dance, soccer, and now baseball, we are extremely busy running around.  Maybe I can get back into the swing of blogging again here and there...but I'm not making any promises.
Here's a few of my favorites from our Christmas mini at a local tree farm.

Frobergs Farm Corn Maze

We LOVE Frobergs Farm and were so happy that they decided to open a small corn maze this year on their farm.  We went pretty early on "opening day" and it wasn't too crowded until we were ready to leave.  It was a nice overcast morning, but when we were in the middle of the corn maze, the weather changed drastically!  Gotta love Texas weather!

See the weather rolling in?!?!

And this is where the FUN began!
It began to POUR so hard.
All we could do was laugh!
Nothing like being stuck in the middle of a corn maze in the pouring rain!
Little WET rats!
They weren't too sure what to think about being soaked at first!
We made the most of our trip to the maze and pumpkin patch.
Love having this farm in our town...such a sweet family that owns it too!

Halloween 2013

We had book character day on Halloween at school this year during Red Ribbon Week, so I decided to dress the part of Pinkalicious!  It was so fun seeing everyone dressed up and the kiddos LOVED it too!
Trick or Treat!
Brooks the Longhorn Bull and Burkley the Milk Cow.  Since they have attended MDO, they have had to dress like an Ark animal, so I've had to be creative and "stretch" it a bit for the past few years (1st year:  zebra and lion, 2nd year:  mermaid and shark, 3rd year:  poodle and hound dog).  This year was difficult because Burkley wanted to be a princess and of course Brooks wanted to be a super hero.  I tossed around a few ideas to them and they both decided on being cows...it's a twin thing and they have to coordinate!  Mom of the year waited until the last minute to work on costumes, but I somehow managed to pull it off and make the most precious milk cow and longhorn bull costume!

Christmas Card Pictures 2013

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE every single picture I snapped during this years Christmas Card Photo Shoot!  I have a friend and coworker that has the most amazing location and props for photo shoots, so I decided to take pictures again at their place this year.  Last year I took pictures of the kiddos in front of the big red barn and this year I fell in LOVE with the turquoise vintage Ford!   Allow me to share a few of my favorites...some of these may or may not have made the Christmas card cut for 2013!!!
Brooks in his "wife beater" prior to pictures.
I didn't want his dress shirt to get all wrinkled!
 My 2 LOVES!
Hard to believe they are going to be FIVE!

 She's ALWAYS posing!

See...I told you she LOVES to pose!

It was so hard to pick the PERFECT picture/pictures for our Christmas card this year.
Stay tuned for our Christmas card...I LOVE it too!
